  I had a horrible experience with customer service from the "high school acting" crew about a year ago. I finally gave in and went back today, hoping it would be a better experience. This time was much worse..... We had to repeat our order several times and they still couldn't get it right. Then we had to go back because they didn't get it right. The girl told us it was right and the hamburger was marked special... I had to take it in a physically show them it had cheese on the hamburger and I asked for no cheese... (How hard is it) Finally after it taking 10 minutes for them to get it right I opened my burger and it had so much sauce on it that the bun looked like it had been soaked in water and the lettuce and pickles weren't even on the hamburger. After the looks from there little blonde snob that's working I will never give them another chance. And I hope that whoever drove off and didn't get their $60 in change goes back and puts them in there place because standing around thinking it's funny to keep somebody's change is not funny.... But this wouldn't be the first time they have kept money and lied about it.....
